Right, back to that big sweep I was doing last time. I didn't mean to leave it so long, last week just got really busy for some reason. Oh, talking of last week, I was down in Edinburgh to see Hollie Smith. Totally fabulous stuff, her voice is so gorgeous. Her music does, really, have that NZ vibe to it, made me want to go back so bad (must get saving!).
So, until I can fly from these shores, I suppose I should up the time listing up some gigs... Minuit (UK, Holland, Hungary, USA), Adi Dick (UK), Liam Finn (UK, Ireland, loadsa USA, Canada), Rodney Fisher (UK), Simon Flower (Australia, France, Russia), Leigh Franklin (UK), Brooke Fraser (USA, Canada), The Greenmatics (Australia), Tim Guy (Spain), Katbite (Holland, Belguim) and Little Pictures (Australia).

Well, it's sleeting outside, seems like a nice day to snuggle down and list up some gigs. Back from my lunch (veg omlette yum), and got a few more dates to list up... The Twitch (Australia), Die! Die! Die! (UK), The Brunettes (UK, USA, Belgium, Germany), Flight Of The Conchords (USA), Moana Maniapoto (Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Poland), The Thin Men (UK), A Band Called Dave (UK), Leila Adu (UK, Italy), Antagonist (Australia), Audiac (Australia), Rietta Austin (UK, Dubai), Bachelorette (USA) and Bulletproof (UK, Holland, Romania, Serbia, Spain). Whew! That's it for today, my computer's packing up on me so I suppose it's a sign to go do something else. Kia Kaha!
Well, it's been pretty quiet around here on the gig front, although I've been like a little worker bee backstage bringing together lots of fun stuff for the site... all in good time though. ;)
So, lets see who's out on the road in the coming months... Flight of the Conchords (USA), Crowded House (USA, Canada, Spain), Midnight Youth (USA), Little Pictures (Australia), Die! Die! Die! (UK, USA, Canada), Cherry's Gemstones (Australia) omigod, I flipping lurve Cherry's Gemstones! So glad to see them making waves overseas, and that also goes for Charlie ASH (Australia)... with any luck the two of them will head over to the UK sometime. Seriously, if they were playing anywhere in Europe I would try and get down to see them lovethemsomuch!
Also shows on the go for Cut Off Your Hands (UK, Australia), Urbantramper (UK).
Just a few dates seeping through for Minuit (UK), The Black Seeds (UK) and Scribe (UK)... no doubt they'll have more shows up their sleeves, I'm just waiting for them to be announced.
Fat Freddy's (France, UK) have added another date in France, and they're also scheduled to play The Big Chill Festival in August and The Datsuns (Argentina, Chile, Brazil) have added South American dates to their Australian and US ones.
ETA: found some gigs for Audiac (Australia) and Urbantramper (UK).
